How to Setup and Use PhonerLitePortable PhonerLitePortable is a lightweight, free VoIP (Voice over IP) application that lets you make phone calls from your computer using your internet connection. Because it is a portable application, you can run it directly from a USB drive without installing it on your system. This guide will walk you through downloading, configuring, and using PhonerLitePortable to make your first call. Step 1: Download and Extract the Software

Download the latest version of PhonerLitePortable from a trusted source like PortableApps.com. Locate the downloaded .paf.exe installer file. Run the file and choose your preferred language.

If you see a green light and the word Registered, your account is successfully connected.

If you see a red light or an error message like Registration failed, double-check your username, password, and server details under Options > Configuration > User. Step 5: Test Your Audio Devices

Before making a call, ensure your headset or microphone is working properly. Go to the Options menu and select Configuration. Click on the Sound tab. Select your preferred microphone in the Capture dropdown.

Select your preferred speakers or headset in the Playback dropdown.

Speak into your microphone to verify that the green audio level bar moves. Step 6: Make and Receive Calls

Making a Call: Click on the Dial tab. Use your keyboard or the on-screen keypad to enter the phone number or extension. Click the green Call button (handset icon) to dial. Ending a Call: Click the red Disconnect button to hang up.

Answering a Call: When an incoming call arrives, PhonerLitePortable will ring. Click the green Call button to answer, or the red button to reject it.
